Provide below information ONLY if it has changed

Social Roster:
Your name, city, primary telephone number, and email will be published in the social roster, which is shared with all club members, unless you opt out. This social roster is used to share rides and for other social purposes; it is not shared with any other organization.

I do NOT want to be listed in the social roster.

Paperless Schedule:

Our Event Schedule, including updates, can be viewed and downloaded from our website. If you have been receiving a printed schedule (mailed to you twice a year) and would prefer to go paperless, please indicate below. (Paperless/online schedule is recommended.)

I no longer want a printed schedule mailed to me.

Renewal Member Fee:

Dues for the fiscal year commencing July 1 will provide membership through June 30 of the following year. Members who fail to pay dues on a timely basis will be dropped from the club and will receive no further mailings.
